Built for the office that receives the referral

The customer is the receiving practice. A periodontist, endodontist, oral surgeon, orthodontist, or a general dentist who takes referrals can subscribe on the same terms. One physical location is one subscription. A person can belong to more than one office and switches between them on purpose.

Templates that match the visit

The periodontics template follows the shape of a NovaPerio-style referral: date, patient name, date of birth, phone, insurance, referring dentist, referral reasons, and comments. Crown lengthening, grafts, implants, and maintenance are already listed. You can rename or remove anything.

Your team, with limits

• Owners manage billing, the BAA, and ownership.
• Administrators publish forms and invite staff.
• Clinical staff work the inbox. They do not change the plan.
• Billing staff see invoices only. They cannot open a referral.
